CMC’s sales and merchandising efforts operate under the direction of our Headquarters office in Carlsbad, California and our two satellite offices in Virginia and Germany. These offices supervise the activities of our Regional Managers and In-Store Merchandisers worldwide.

Building New Business

• Promote at Headquarters level
• Create new business and store level demand with One Time Buys (OTB)
• Organize special store events at base level throughout the year
• Capture new GSA, DSCP and other contract bids

Building Brand Names

• Building manufacturers’ reputation with service and integrity
• Perform in-store clerk training and in-store demonstrations to establish brand names

Building Existing Business

• Expand product placement
• Provide weekly data reports to our sales team
• Expand business with store level OTB
• Cross-merchandising
• Improving product ordering process
• Securing new/existing programs at store level
